Tia Maria Wigs offers both temporary and semi-permanent synthetic root customization options depending on your goals, desired commitment level, and the wig itself.

💲 Temporary Powder Root — Starting at $30

A soft, temporary shadow root applied with powder techniques to create subtle depth and realism. This is a great option for clients wanting to experiment with rooting before committing to a more permanent customization. Temporary powder roots will gradually fade with washing and normal wear.

💲 Short Semi-Permanent Root — Starting at $45
💲 Medium Semi-Permanent Root — Starting at $60
💲 Long Root / Fashion Root — Starting at $75+

Semi-permanent root customization uses synthetic-safe techniques designed specifically for synthetic fibers. This service softens harsh lines, adds dimension, and creates a more natural transition from scalp to length.

Long roots, fashion roots, or specialty blending may require additional customization time and more detailed color work.

• Longer, denser, or more detailed wigs may require additional time
• Wigs must remain with Tia Maria Wigs for service completion
• Clients will be notified when the wig is ready for pickup or shipment

Policies & Important Notes:
• Root customization is considered a permanent alteration to the wig
• Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in fiber, lighting, and underlying shades
• Fashion roots may require custom color blending
• Results depend heavily on fiber type, existing wig color, and wig condition
• Wig must be clean and detangled unless combined with a Refresh or Restore service
• Additional services may be recommended after evaluation
• All customization and service fees are non-refundable
• By choosing to send or drop off your wig for service, you acknowledge and release Tia Maria Wigs from liability related to the piece, including pre-existing wear, fiber limitations, customization outcomes, or shipping/transit issues
