We understand that choosing the right wig online can be challenging. While we strive to provide detailed photos and descriptions, returns are accepted only on eligible wigs that meet the guidelines below.
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Authorization Required (IMPORTANT)
All returns require prior approval.
Before returning any item, you must:

Receive a Return Authorization Approval
Items returned without an approved Return Authorization will not be accepted, credited, or returned.
What Can Be Returned
Only wigs are eligible for return — no exceptions.
Eligible wigs must:

Be regular-priced (not Boutique Deals, Live Sale, or clearance)

Be unworn, unaltered, and odor-free

Have all original tags attached

Have uncut lace (if applicable)

Be returned with all original packaging (box, tissue, netting, inserts)
Wigs must not be:

Brushed, combed, shaken out, styled, or sprayed

Altered in any way
-
Exposed to smoke, perfume, food, or other odors
Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

Live Sale purchases

Clearance items

Consignment wigs

Discontinued wigs

Toppers

Extensions

Human hair wigs and toppers

All wig grips

All wig caps

Hats and headwear

Accessories (headbands, jewelry, clips, etc.)

Styling products

Tools (brushes, combs, hot tools, etc.)

Mannequins

Customized or altered wigs

Return Timeframes & Limits

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery

Items must be shipped back within 20 days of delivery

Customers are allowed up to 4 returns per calendar year

Returns sent without approval or outside these timeframes will not be accepted
How Returns Are Issued

Approved returns are issued as store credit only

Store credit is sent digitally to the email used at checkout

Store credit expires 1 year from issue date

A 15% processing and restocking fee per item applies

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable
