Helping One Wig At A Time
At Tia Maria Wigs, we are passionate about supporting people along their wig journey - no matter what brought them to it. One way we do this is by donating wigs to people and organizations such as The Erie Cancer Wellness Center.
Wigs can help to restore a sense of normalcy and confidence to cancer patients. They can serve and protect the scalps and self esteem of those with alopecia and other hairloss challenges. They can even provide confidence to those shifting into new phases of life. Donating a wig is donating support and confidence! If you are looking for a way to make a difference in the world, donating wigs is a great place to start. We are helping one wig at a time!
To donate a wig, simply follow these steps:
- Make sure your wig is in useable condition. It should be clean, dry, and free of tangles (wigs will be washed and sanitized prior to donating to others).
- Package your wig in a sturdy box or bag (they do not need to have to be in original packing).

We are currently donating wigs to The Erie Cancer Wellness Center, where they are given to a cancer patient in need. Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a difference one wig at time!
Please note that you may want to specify what types of wigs you are accepting, such as human hair wigs, synthetic wigs, or both. You may also want to let potential donors know if there are any specific requirements for the wigs, such as a minimum length or style or alterantions made. This is not required for donation.
