Thank you so much for supporting Tia Maria Wigs! As a small business, every order truly means the world to us. We work hard to carefully process, pack, and ship each order while also providing personalized customer service, content, live sales, consultations, and boutique support.
Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.
Processing Times
Most orders process within approximately 3–5 business days.
Please note:
• Business days do NOT include Saturdays or Sundays
• Business days do NOT include postal holidays or bank holidays
• Orders placed after Friday at 3:00 p.m. EST may not begin processing until the following business week
• Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time
During periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally take longer.
Pennsylvania Shipping Location
Tia Maria Wigs ships from Pennsylvania.
Because we are located in Pennsylvania:
• Customers farther from PA may experience longer shipping transit times
• Weather conditions in Pennsylvania and surrounding regions can sometimes impact shipping speeds
• Carrier transit estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during winter weather and holiday shipping periods.
Manufacturer Drop Shipping
Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer instead of from our boutique location.
Manufacturer drop shipping can often be quicker, but processing times can vary depending on:
• Manufacturer inventory availability
• Vendor processing times
• Shipping carrier delays
• High-volume release or sale periods
While we do our best to provide updates whenever possible, we cannot control manufacturer processing or shipping timelines.
Weather, Carrier & Transportation Delays
Once a package leaves our boutique or manufacturer location, shipping speed is controlled by the shipping carrier.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:
• Severe weather
• Snowstorms or natural disasters
• USPS, UPS, or other carrier delays
• Holiday shipping congestion
• Shipping carrier operational issues
• Delayed package scans or tracking updates
• Airline transportation delays or strikes
• Transportation disruptions or labor strikes
• Regional emergencies or service interruptions
We always want customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible and will do our best to help if shipping concerns arise.
Carrier Responsibility After Shipment
Once a package has been shipped and accepted/scanned by the shipping carrier, shipping transit times and delivery conditions are outside of the control of Tia Maria Wigs.
While we are always happy to help customers navigate shipping concerns when possible, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including but not limited to:
• Weather delays
• Airline transportation issues or strikes
• USPS, UPS, or carrier operational delays
• Lost or delayed tracking updates
• Holiday shipping congestion
• Transportation disruptions or labor strikes
• Packages delayed in transit after acceptance by the carrier
Please note that Tia Maria Wigs does not receive additional tracking information beyond what is available to the customer through the shipping carrier tracking system.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, especially as a small business working with third-party shipping carriers.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check:
• Apartment/suite numbers
• Zip codes
• Street names and abbreviations
• Forwarding addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
• Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package
• Original shipping costs are nonrefundable
Tracking Information
Tracking information is emailed once your shipping label is created.
Please note:
• Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier
• Some packages may not immediately update after label creation
• Transit scans can occasionally be delayed
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or missing:
• Please contact the shipping carrier first
• Then email orders@tmwigs.com if additional assistance is needed
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tia Maria Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping During Sales & Promotions
Please allow additional processing time during:
• Live sales
• Major promotions
• Holiday sales/events
• New release launches
As a small business, large sale events can significantly increase order volume, and we appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
Final Shipping Reminder
By placing an order with Tia Maria Wigs, customers acknowledge and agree that:
• Processing and transit times are separate
• Shipping estimates are not guaranteed
• Carrier delays and weather issues may occasionally occur
• Manufacturer drop-ship timelines vary and are outside of our control
