• Advanced customization typically requires approximately 5–10 business days depending on detail and complexity
• Wigs must remain with Tia Maria Wigs for service completion
• Clients will be notified when the wig is ready for pickup or shipment

Policies & Important Notes:
• Hairline customization is permanent and cannot be reversed once fibers are removed
• Over-customization may compromise coverage or expose areas of lace or cap construction
• Exact density and realism results cannot be guaranteed due to variations in cap construction, fiber placement, and existing wig density
• Advanced customization pricing is based on time and complexity
• Wig must be clean and detangled unless combined with a Refresh or Restore service
• Additional services may be recommended after evaluation
• All customization and service fees are non-refundable
• By choosing to send or drop off your wig for service, you acknowledge and release Tia Maria Wigs from liability related to the piece, including pre-existing wear, fiber limitations, customization outcomes, or shipping/transit issues
