Human hair boutique deal wigs are considered specialty items. Because these pieces can lose resale value once handled, returns are limited and must meet the following requirements.

Return Request Window

• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• All returns require approval before being sent back
• Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the wig must be returned in original, unaltered condition, including:

• Unworn and unaltered
• Lace uncut
• Original part and factory styling intact
• Tags still attached
• Not washed, styled, brushed, or modified in any way
• Returned in original packaging
• Free of odors including perfume, smoke, or environmental scents

Restocking Fee

Approved returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to account for reduced resale value and inspection/sanitation processing.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Return package must include tracking and insurance for the full amount of the original purchase

Return Condition & Approval

Returns must meet all approval and condition requirements. If a returned item:

• Is sent without return approval
• Is returned in a different condition than originally shipped
• Shows signs of wear, styling, alteration, odor, or handling beyond inspection

Additional fees may be deducted from the refund, or the refund may be denied and the item returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Lace has been cut
• Wig has been worn or altered
• Wig shows signs of styling or washing
• The original part or factory styling has been changed
• Tags have been removed
• Wig has noticeable odor
• Return was not approved beforehand
