Processing & Service Details:
• More extensive density adjustments may require leaving the wig with the boutique for completion
• Typical processing time is approximately 2–5 business days
• Higher-density, longer, or more detailed wigs may require additional time
• Clients will be notified when the wig is ready for pickup or shipment

Policies & Important Notes:
• Density adjustments are permanent and cannot be reversed once completed
• Results depend on existing density, cap construction, fiber type, and overall wig condition
• Extreme density reduction is not recommended and may compromise coverage or expose areas of the cap
• Final results cannot be guaranteed
• Wig must be clean and detangled unless combined with a Refresh or Restore service
• Additional services may be recommended after evaluation
• All customization and service fees are non-refundable
• By choosing to send or drop off your wig for service, you acknowledge and release Tia Maria Wigs from liability related to the piece, including pre-existing wear, fiber limitations, customization outcomes, or shipping/transit issues
• Customized wigs and serviced wigs are final sale
