I don't understand "head measurements." What are they and how do I take them?
We understand! Taking head measurements can seem daunting, especially for first-time wig wearers. But it's a crucial step to ensure your wig fits comfortably and securely.
Here's a quick breakdown:
Head circumference: This is the most important measurement. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, starting at your center forehead hairline, following the curve around your head just above the ears, and meeting back at your starting point.

I'd like to pay with my credit card, but only Shop Pay (Affirm) or PayPal is an option. How can I change that?
Usually the reason you see Klarna, Shop Pay (Affirm), or Paypal is because your need to clear your cache or close your browser. Your browser stores temporary files from websites you visit to improve loading times on future visits.These files include things like images, scripts, and stylesheets. Clearing your cache removes these temporary files. Additionally, when you close your browser, you end the current browsing session. This also clears any temporary data associated with that session, including recently visited pages stored in your browsing history.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we do offer price matching on select items! We want to ensure you get the best value for your wig purchase.
Here's how it works:
- We will price match qualifying items from authorized retailers carrying the same brands we offer. You can find a list of the brands we carry on our website: [link to brands list].
- We cannot match prices from online marketplaces like Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, etc., or competitor sales such as flash sales or clearance events.
- The competitor's price must be current and readily verifiable on their website.
- The item must be identical, including brand, model, size, and color.

How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
We ship most wigs securely through USPS & UPS to ensure you receive your new hair in a timely manner! Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your order.
A few additional details to keep in mind:
We care about the environment! Whenever possible, we use clean, recycled boxes to package your wig. This helps reduce waste and keeps our impact on the planet minimal.
For certain items, special handling is required. For any hair care products containing flammable materials (like aerosols), we'll use Ground Shipping to comply with safety regulations. Don't worry if your package arrives with a Hazmat sticker. It's just there to let USPS know to send it ground.

What is dropshipping and why do you use it?
Dropshipping is a fulfillment method where we partner with brands who hold and ship the wigs directly to you. When you place an order, we forward it to the brand, who then packages and ships the wig to your doorstep.

What's the difference between "fulfilled" and "shipped" on my order?
These terms are closely related, but there's a slight difference in their meaning:
- Fulfilled: This means your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. All the items in your order have been packed up and are ready to be handed off to the shipping carrier. You'll typically receive a tracking number at this point, allowing you to follow its progress.
- Shipped: This means your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier (like USPS) and is now on its way to you!
In short, "fulfilled" means your order is ready to go, while "shipped" means it's officially on the move!
What does "on hold" mean for my order?
An order status of "on hold" can indicate a few things:
Backorder or Special Order: We place orders on hold that are special orders or backordered. This does not mean your item(s) haven't been ordered. It is just a way for us to indicate in our system which orders can be packed and processed and which we awaiting shipment.
Inventory check: In rare cases, there might be a temporary discrepancy with our inventory levels. We might put the order "on hold" while we double-check stock availability and ensure we can fulfill your order completely.
Payment verification: Sometimes, there might be a need to verify your payment information before processing your order. This could happen if your billing address doesn't match your credit card details or if there's a potential issue with your payment method.

What happens if I don't like the wig I received?
We understand that choosing a wig online can be tricky, and sometimes the wig might not be exactly what you envisioned. Not to worry! We offer returns on eligible items! Here's what you can do if you're not happy with your wig:
